Delhi Rapist - Youngest Rapist Juvenile removed and Extracted her intestines with his bare hands | The More Cruel Rapist Youngest 17 Year Old Boy

The juvenile accused in the case is said to be the most brutal of the 6 men who attacked the 23 year old medico victim of gang rape on December 16th in a moving Delhi bus.

Police sources have said that the the charge sheet filed by the Delhi police on Thursday revealed more gruesome details of the Delhi gang rape case.

The minor had raped the 23 year old twice – once when she was unconscious and had removed her intestine with his hands. He is also believed to be the one who suggested that the girl be thrown off the moving bus.

If it is proved that the 6th accused is a juvenile he will not be tried as an adult. His case will be handled at a juvenile court where the maximum sentence would be three years in a reform facility. The 5 other accused have been charged with murder and rape and face the death penalty.

The boy had claimed using his school certificate that he is 17-year-old. However, police have refused to take the claim and sought for an ossification test to determine his age.

Police have filed the charge sheet against the five remaining persons allegedly involved in the case in a court here. Sources said if a bone test certifies that the boy is not a minor and he is above 18 years, then a supplementary charge sheet will be filed.
