Apple and Samsung are already in many controversies and lawsuits, few days back Apple filed a lawsuit against Samsung for copying its patterns. Now its Samsung turn on Apple.
Samsung filed a document against Apple saying that it is anticipating new iPhone 5 will infringe the Samsung ever winner Samsung Galaxy S III. In that document, Samsung had clearly mentioned that it would first need to analyze the iPhone 5 to ensure that any of the features and patterns infringing the patterns of Samsung before the release of iPhone5.
In August, in a lawsuit against Samsung, Apple got 1.05 billion dollars as a judgement in the same US district court at California Northern District.
