Badrinath - Kedarnath Disaster Latest News Images | Jyothirlinga Flood Coverage in Recent Flood in North India 2013 June Disaster Photos

The Jyotirlinga is a most visited place and lakhs of hindu visited this place every year during the Char Dham Yatra. But flood hit this area and over 100 of body were found till now. All the river side area is empty and military helping the civilian to move from there to camps. Accodring to the report, there are many bodies below the debris. More than 500 hundred people are missing including pilgrime. Rescue operation started late due to the climate but now they are doing good job and saved lots of people from flood. Lots of National Disaster Management force, Army and Para-military are working there and helping them food and medical aid and other needs. Over 130 people are dead declared there and more than 50,000 of pilgrims of Himaalyan shirne are stranded. 

Disaster Management alert U.P 

High alert is declared in U.P because most of the river in U.P are near to the danger mark and there are high chance of flood in several parts in U.P too. Already 3 person lost their lives in Maharajganj due to heavy rain. Sharda river was flowing above the red mark at Palia Kalan and government announced to move the people of 47 village from Mahsi area of Bahraich. Hayarana is also in trouble and due to heavy rainfall there are some areas those are also effected. The national highway No 73 (Amritsar-Ambala-Saharanpur)is also closed due to flood. On Wednesday Prime Minister announced 1,000 Crore for disaster relief for those area and people who has been hit by the flood.
